From Aden, consensus begins. From consensus, a future befits its people. The dialogue and communication team of the Aden National Project approves the founding document and approves the launch of six executive task forces
In a milestone that inaugurates a new phase of institutional and national inclusive work, the Dialogue and Communication Team of the "Aden National Project" held an expanded meeting chaired by Mr. Mohammed Hisham Bashraheel, Head of the Project; during which he reviewed the introductory and foundational document, and discussed its strategic dimensions, its national mission, and its future vision. The meeting culminated in the unanimous approval of the introductory and founding document of the Aden National Project to be the governing reference and the overarching institutional framework that defines the project's identity, vision, mission, objectives, values and courses of action. The decision also included the adoption of the operational methodology, the organizational structure, the governance system, and the regulatory and executive regulations governing the next phase. Within the framework of consolidating the specialized management and confirming the efficiency of performance, the meeting approved the distribution of field and executive work tasks across six specialized work teams, including: the political team, the economic team, the community team, the media team, the technical team and the monitoring and evaluation team. The field teams will launch an expanded disembarkation program to hold a series of inclusive meetings and dialogue sessions with various political components, societal forces, parties, elites and national figures in Aden. These tours aim to actively listen to different opinions and priorities and expand the base of national participation to build a solid consensus on the crucial issues affecting the reality of the city and the future of its people. These moves come as a procedural step in the context of the strategic direction of the Aden National Project to launch a structured civil and political dialogue that embodies the real partnership between all forces and actors in order to formulate an inclusive vision that leads to the completion of the "Historic Document of Aden" as a national and comprehensive reference. The meeting concluded by stressing the centrality of the next phase and the need to redouble efforts to activate field teams and implement communication programs, stressing that diversity and political pluralism represent richness and an original entry point for consensus and cohesion whenever the wills converge around the higher interests of Aden and make its future a top priority.
